Quinton de Kock may not be available in the 3rd Test against India.

As per the latest news from ESPNcricinfo, Quinton is making up his mind to miss an important match against India because he will go to his wife’s place to see his newly born baby for the first time. Quinton is expecting that his wife, Sasha, will give birth to his child in January.

South Africa’s stunning Wicket Keeper is in support of his family, which stays at his home apart from his cricket family, which will face the India team at the stadium. Quinton’s teammates will miss him in their upcoming match, but they are all ready to handle such a match without him to win for him.

Quinton has a very high average recorded in past matches. In the past, he has scored 3245 runs in 53 Test matches, 5355 runs in 124 ODI matches, and 1827 runs in 61 T20I matches. In previous series, he ranked third in terms of catches.

One week ago, the Board of Directors of Cricket South Africa [CSA] announced a 21-player team that will play against India in test matches starting from December 26 to January 15. The cricketers will arrive at the venues, SuperSport Park, Wanderers and Newlands, as per schedule.

Fans expect to see its cricketers, as well as Kagiso Rabada, Quinton de Kock, and Anrich Nortje, on the South Africa tour, but nothing has been confirmed.

The Final South Africa Squad is declared by the general community of South Africa. Dean EIgar [C], Temba Bavuma, Quinton de Kock, Kagiso Rabada, Sarel Erwee, Beuran Hendricks, George Linde, Keshav Maharaj, Lungi Ngidi, Aiden Markram, Wiaan Mulder, Anrich Nortje, Keegan Petersen, Rassie van der Dussen, Kyle Verreynne, Marco Jansen, GIenton Stuurman, Prenelan Subrayen, Sisanda Magala, Ryan Rickelton and Duanne Olivier.
