Yuzvendra Chahal’s “Future”: Rohit Sharma’s Hilarious Remark as Spinner Demonstrates Team India’s Massage Table

After winning the first One Day International (12 runs), Team India has a 1-0 series lead over New Zealand. Yuzvendra Chahal, a seasoned spinner, was seen giving a tour of the dressing room to everyone watching in a video that the BCCI uploaded on Twitter on the eve of the second ODI. Chahal’s “future” was the subject of a funny quip made by captain Rohit Sharma in the video, which caught everyone’s attention.

In the video, Chahal showed a massage table to the viewers and said, “Yeh humara massage table hai. Jab bhi kisi ko back relief ya koi treatment chahiye hota hai, toh vo iss table pe hota hai. (This is our massage table. Whenever someone needs back relief or any kind of treatment, then it is given on this table.).”

Suddenly, Rohit appeared in the frame and said, “Acha future hai tera. (Your future is bright.).” The 32-year-old spinner fell to the ground in splits from laughter at the Indian captain’s remark. Chahal only participated in the first of the three One Day Internationals in the series against Sri Lanka, taking one wicket. Additionally, he didn’t play in the opening ODI against New Zealand.
